Diversity and Inclusion at Northrop Grumman

Northrop Grumman has established a number of programs and initiatives to help further diversity and inclusion throughout the company. These programs recognize and celebrate our diversity, support our supplier diversity efforts, and further our partnerships in the community.

Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are a key part of Northrop Grumman’s diversity and inclusion strategy and framework. These volunteer groups of employees come together to provide their members with opportunities for networking, community outreach, professional development and recruiting.

ERGs are open to all employees and typical groups that have formed include, but are not limited to, women, African American, Hispanic, Asian-Pacific, people with disabilities, Veterans, GLBT, new hires, and X and Y generations.
